ABOUT MILESTONES MENTAL HEALTH

Milestones Mental Health serves children, adolescents, adults, and families in Everett and the surrounding communities.

We provide therapy that considers each client’s experiences, relationships, developmental needs, and current circumstances. Sessions focus on understanding the concerns that brought you to treatment and identifying specific changes you want to make.

For children and adolescents, treatment may include conversation, creative activities, and strategies for managing emotions and behavior. Caregiver involvement is incorporated when appropriate to support progress at home.

For adults, therapy may address symptoms, coping skills, relationship patterns, boundaries, and life changes. Family services focus on communication, parenting, conflict, and parent-child relationships.

Treatment goals are reviewed throughout the process and adjusted as needs change.
